All snow melting systems can be installed under pavement, concrete or interlock surfaces.

Wise Investment
By installing a radiant snow melting system, you increase the resale value of your home.

Safety
Never slip on dangerous snow and ice again. Ice is often difficult to see until it's too late! Protect your home or business from injuries sustained on icy steps, walkways, and driveways.

Added Value
Extend the life of your driveway by installing a radiant snow melting system. Your driveway and landscaping will last longer and look better longer without large trucks and snowploughs scraping your driveway, you will also eliminate corrosion caused from salt and other chemicals.

A snow melting system is a network of thermoplastic pipes that circulate a hot glycol solution underneath the surface of a chosen area to keep it free of snow and ice. A high efficiency boiler is used to heat the glycol solution. It is then pumped through the network of pipes where the radiating heat melts the snow as it hits the surface.

The whole process is regulated by a series of intelligent controls which can determine when it starts to snow and when it stops. Automated controls give you the peace of mind of not having to always remember to turn it on and off. Since the system uses both temperature and moisture sensors, it will only turn on and run for the necessary length of time and shut down automatically. This saves energy costs and is environmentally friendly.
